THE YEARS for each of us do indeed fly, and there comes a time when you have to reach out, like for the brass ring, and grab a strong hold on the remaining few.

This is my brass ring. This is my dream. This is my Flight of Years.

"Flight of Years" is not just the name of a boat. It is a lifetime, the journey of a lifetime, and a dream.

Some dreams are born in an instant; others mature over time. My dream, my Flight of Years, began nearly forty years ago and has grown quietly ever since until, finally, it is no longer a dream.

Now it is reality.

Join me on the journey. It is only just beginning.

Send a note to Heather Neill

I'd like to say thank you to my family for their love and support in this venture - even if some of them have expressed concern I may possibly be in need of having my head examined. Thanks to Mom for letting me store a sailboat in her driveway, rigging in her living room, and charts on her dining room table. Thanks to my kids for their enthusiasm, understanding, and unselfish support. Thanks to my dad, who believes in me more than I believe in myself; who shares the dream with me; and without whom I would be lost. And, most of all, I thank my Heavenly Father who, for reasons I will never understand, loves even me and has made every mile of the journey possible.
